Your privacy.

We use your details to help with your project. Here’s what happens when you get in touch.

Getting in touch.

When you send an enquiry or a Design Explorer brief, we receive your name, email, project answers and submission details. We use them to reply, understand your project and plan the next step with you.

Both Save for Later and Proceed send your brief to the studio. You can explore the questions without sending anything until you choose one of those options.

Continuing to booking opens Cal.com with your name, email and project summary filled in. Your call is booked only when you confirm a time.

For invited clients, we use your email and verified account to check access to your own project records. If you choose to use a project service, we also keep the documents, agreements and payment details you provide for that work.

A few tools behind the scenes.

We use trusted service providers for enquiries, bookings, email and the client portal. The website also processes basic connection details, such as IP addresses and request times, to load pages and protect forms.

Which services are involved?
  • Notion: submitted enquiries, briefs, project records and the files or links you share.
  • Supabase: client sign-in and form protection. Older shared files may still be stored here.
  • Google Workspace: studio emails and sign-in codes. Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces.
  • Cal.com: the booking calendar, which loads when you continue to booking. See its privacy policy.
  • Vercel: website hosting and page requests.

These services may handle information outside your country under their data-protection arrangements. External websites, including social and affiliate links, have their own privacy practices.

Small things your browser remembers.

Your browser remembers your light or dark mode choice and keeps invited clients signed in. You can find the details below if you’d like to know more.

Cookie and storage details
Client sign-in · __Host-tcs-portal
Set after code verification. This secure, HTTP-only cookie lasts up to one hour and is cleared when you sign out.
Appearance · thechristhetics-theme
Local storage keeps your selected theme until you change it or clear this website’s browser data.
Service progress · tcs-site-vision-session
Session storage can keep an eligible checkout’s details. It is removed when the flow closes, a receipt is submitted or the tab’s session ends.

We haven’t added advertising or visitor-analytics scripts to this website. Cal.com may use its own cookies or storage for booking, preferences and security once its calendar opens. You can email us instead if you prefer not to load it.

You can clear or block storage in your browser settings. This may reset your theme or sign you out. It won’t delete details you’ve already sent us. We’ll review this page and any consent controls before adding optional tracking.

Keeping your details.

How long we keep your details depends on what they’re for: following up on your enquiry or supporting your project. Agreements and accounting records may need to stay on file longer.

You can ask us how long we keep your particular records, or ask us to remove them. We’ll explain if there’s anything we need to keep.

Just ask.

Thechristhetics looks after the information collected through this website. For questions, a copy of your details, a correction or a deletion request, email hello@thechristhetics.com. For help with the client portal, use help@thechristhetics.com.

More about your choices

Your rights depend on the law that applies. They can include access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, and asking us to limit or stop a use of it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it; this doesn’t change what was already done with your permission.

We handle details to respond to the steps you request, deliver agreed work, protect the service and meet record-keeping duties, with consent where needed. We may check your identity before sharing or changing private records.

We’ll keep this page up to date as the website changes.
